After finishing his MBA study at the University of Nijenrode in 1983, Felix started his career with a security broker. After getting to know the security business, the next steps were international banks. In this way his experience broadened with all aspects of the financial world.
Accounting, reporting, planning and control, risk management, settlements, payment service, asset management, treasury, fixed income, derivative, equities where areas he covered. Most departments in the capacity of manager.

As from 2000 consulting became his playing field. However, never leaving the financial world. Implementation of systems, (re)organization of departments, interim management, but also more and more IT related projects became the scope.

The challenge of being the intermediary between IT and the business, is a drive. Exploring new playing fields, and the latest challenge is Basel II.

Currently Mr. van Rooy fulfills the role of partner and business consultant within First Element Consultancy BV.

After finishing his Management Economics and Law study at Hogeschool Enschede in 2000, Arthur Dania started his career as a business consultant with an international software company which provides regulatory reporting solutions to financial institutions. During the five years that followed, he worked on and managed the automation of several regulatory reporting projects locally and abroad. Besides his role of consultant he also held the position of trainer and functional designer within the company.

In 2005 Mr. Dania moved on to join the risk management unit of an international consultancy company as a senior business analyst. From this position he managed the introduction and implementation of his first Basel II regulatory reporting solution.

With his comprehensive banking, regulatory reporting and IT experience under his belt, Mr. Dania and two entrepreneurs joined forces in 2006 to establish First-Element Consultancy BV. Since then he fulfills the role of partner and business analyst within First Element Consultancy BV.
